It's always nice to hear from Phil Manley (Trans Am/The Fucking Champs), and this time around he's made a record with his bandmate from Golden - the frequently-misused-but-extremely-talented Jon Theodore. Alphawaves by Life Coach isn't all hits, but when it's working it reaches heights as high as mountains.
