I finally got an opportunity to hear Deep Thuds, the way killer debut by Spacin'. Why are they worth checking out? There's a dude from Birds of Maya in the band, the album has a nice warm/rusty sound to it and has a goddamn rock and roll heart!

Finally after 2 long years, Eyewash Silver sees it's follow up. You can always count on King Blood to bring the rippers, and what I've heard from Vengeance, Man is no disappointment.

Luckily Richie Records is run out of Philly, so I'm gonna head to a local shop this week to snag a copy. It's sold out otherwise, so start googling.

Richie Records recently announced that they will be delivering the next King Blood record to a thirsty world sometime in early 2012. "Terrific" is the phrase I'd most likely use in response to that delightful bit of news.

I think Purling Hiss' "Public Service Announcement" record is incredible (no one loves Diamond Dave cut ups like me), but I think it was more recognizable because of it's release on Woodsist, thus making the superior "Hissteria" go largely unnoticed. Not to worry, that's why you come to me as your friend.

This dude rips every time and I would follow him to the moon. This is probably the best music in the world right now, don't miss out, brah.
